Tucking is the most common regression for advanced bodyweight movements. In a tuck front lever, tuck planche, or tuck L-sit, you bring your knees to your chest, making the movement significantly easier. As you get stronger, you progress to advanced tuck (legs further out), then straddle, then full extension. Use tucks to build foundation strength.
