From half lay, extend your legs fully until your body is completely straight and parallel to the ground, legs together. Arms locked, elbows straight, scapulae fully protracted and depressed. Full body tension from shoulders to toes. This is the maximum lever arm and the ultimate goal. Requires elite-level strength in shoulders, core, and full body. Most trainees take 12-24 months of consistent training to achieve this. Start with 2-3 second holds and build gradually. Use parallettes to reduce wrist stress. Prerequisite: Half Lay Planche mastered.
