From a kick-up, find your balance point and hold. Keep your core braced, shoulders packed, and body straight. Use your fingers to make micro-adjustments. This is the classic handstand. Build up to 10-20 seconds. If you can't hold it, regress to kick-up practice or wall holds. Master this before attempting handstand push-ups or walking.
