Lie face down on the floor with your arms extended overhead and legs straight. Simultaneously lift your arms, chest, and legs off the floor, squeezing your glutes and lower back. Hold for a moment, then lower with control. This is the foundation for arch body holds and back lever progressions. Start with 10-second holds and build up to 30-45 seconds. It's a safe way to build posterior chain strength.
