Place your feet on a bench or step, hands on the floor. Your body is now angled upward. This targets the upper portion of your pectorals more intensely than the standard push-up. It also requires more shoulder stability. Control the descent, and don't let your hips sag. Start with a low elevation and work your way up. It's a key step toward handstand push-ups.
