Hang from rings or a bar. Pull your knees to your chest and rotate your body backwards through the rings (or bar) into a german hang position. Reverse the movement to come back. This builds massive shoulder mobility and strength. It's also a prerequisite for back levers. Start with assisted or partial range. Build up to 3-5 controlled reps.
