Stand on one leg, holding the ankle of your other leg behind you with the same-side hand. Squat down on the standing leg until your back knee touches the ground, then push back up. This is a challenging progression toward the pistol squat. If you can't reach depth, use a support or regress to Bulgarian split squats. Work up to 3 sets of 5-8 reps each leg.
