From straddle planche, bring your legs together while keeping your hips slightly piked (not fully extended). This allows you to train with legs together at a reduced lever arm, building the strength needed for full extension. Arms straight, elbows locked, scapulae protracted. The goal is to gradually reduce the pike until your body is completely straight. Hold for 15-20 seconds. This is the most advanced progression before full planche. Be patient—this transition takes time. Prerequisite: Straddle Planche mastered.
