Similar to tuck planche, but with a flat back—hips level with shoulders. This increases the lever arm and difficulty compared to the rounded-back tuck. Keep knees tucked but push your hips up to create a straight line from shoulders to knees. Hold for 15-20 seconds. This is a critical transition point in planche development. If you can't maintain a flat back, regress to tuck planche. Build the strength here before moving to straddle. Prerequisite: Tuck Planche mastered.
