Once you can hold a freestanding handstand, start taking small steps forward. Shift your weight to one hand, lean forward, and move the other hand. Keep your core tight and your body straight. Start with one step, then two, then five. This builds incredible shoulder stability, balance, and coordination. It's a signature calisthenics skill. Practice with a wall nearby for safety.
